How does automation work?

A guide on how the automation works in Salonist.

In order to use the automations:

  1. Go to the "Sales Tool".

  2. Click on "Automation".

3. Click on the "Create new " button for new automation.

4. Add the basic details.

  • Add the Title as per your preference.

  • Select a category for the services to determine which clients will get messages.

  • Select the time period "Send to Clients", If you select 3 Days After, the client will receive the message after the three days of services have been completed.

  • The client must eligible for the minimum visits in order to receive the messages, thus include the at least visit as indicated below.

  • Add the message and Enable the mode to send the message.

  • Enable the "Discount Code" if you want to mention the discount code in the message.

  • Mention the details for the code.

  • Click "Save" to start the automation.

If you would like to see how many clients have received the messages, you can look at the Automation history, as shown below.

(NOTE: The WhatsApp API is required in order to execute the Automation)
