To send a gift card to the recipient via WhatsApp, make sure the following requirements are met:

Enter the Recipient Name and Recipient Email when selling the gift card.

Ensure the Gift Voucher Template is enabled under Setup &gt; WhatsApp Templates.

Make sure your WhatsApp Integration is active and connected.
