Package sessions can be redeemed once the package has been assigned to the client.
To redeem a package session:
Go to Quick Sale or Calendar.
Select or enter the Client.
If the client has an active package with available sessions, the package and eligible services will appear automatically.
In the Redeem Qty field, enter the number of sessions you want to redeem.
Select the Staff member and Time.
Click Save to complete the redemption.
You can set a specific number of sessions for each service included in a package.
To set the service quantity:
Go to Package Creation.
Select the required Service.
Once the service is selected, the Qty option will appear.
Enter the quantity/number of sessions allowed for that service.
Click Save to save the package.
Example:
If you set Express Facial – Qty: 5, the client can redeem the Express Facial up to 5 times from the package.
