Online payment integrations collect money during a booking payment flow. A payment terminal integration connects a supported reader or provider checkout. A payment method name on a bill is a separate setting.
Steps
Open Integration and identify the provider you intend to use.
For online bookings, review providers such as Tap, UPayments, Ziina or Wio.
For a reader, confirm the supported device and integration requirements before purchase.
Configure the provider, then verify how a completed payment is recorded against the bill.
How do I check the result?
Use the provider transaction reference to confirm collection. Selecting Card as a payment label does not by itself connect a card machine.
If it does not work
If the payment option does not appear, check that the integration is enabled and the credentials match the selected mode. If a payment is pending or declined, check the transaction with the provider before creating another charge. Contact Salonist Support with the booking reference and error message.
