Open Sales Tools → Deals &amp; Promotions → Create a deal. The current selection screen offers Add Promotion Deals and Flash Sale Deals. Add Promotion Deals describes a code used online or at Point of Sale; Flash Sale Deals describes online discounts and manual application to appointments or sales. Review the controls and eligibility shown for the selected type, or ask Support before saving. Do not assume every deal is limited to Marketplace bookings.

Choose Add Promotion Deals for a promotion redeemed using a code.

Choose Flash Sale Deals for the supported immediate discount flow.

Use Back to return to the deal list. Continue into the selected form to set values, dates and visibility before saving.
