Meta and TikTok pixels have separate fields in Salonist. Use the code intended for the correct platform and page location.

Open Integration → Facebook and Tiktok Pixel.

For Meta, review Enter your facebook pixel code and Thanks Page Pixel Code.

For TikTok, review Enter your Tiktok pixel code and Tiktok Thanks Page Pixel Code.

Paste the corresponding code into each intended field, then click Save.

Use the platform event testing tools to verify the actual booking flow.

4. Paste the corresponding code into each intended field, then click Save.
5. Use the platform event testing tools to verify the actual booking flow.

Confirm the correct platform receives the intended event once. Saving a pixel does not confirm a conversion or ad attribution.

If events are missing or duplicated, check page fields and other installed tracking code. Ask Support which booking events are supported.
