In order to add the additional services, you must first enable that option:
Go to the "Setup".
Click on the "Other Settings".
Enable "Paid Package Addon" Option
Click on "Save".
You can now add more services as needed in addition to the assigned services in the package by selecting the "Addon Option", as shown below:
