You must first enable the field before you can edit the reward point.
Go to the "Setup".
Click on the "Custom Field".
Enable the Reward feature, as shown below
In order to edit the reward point for a specific client:
Go to the "Clients".
Search for the client you want to modify the reward point for.
Click on "Edit".
4. Change the amount as needed, as indicated below.
5. Click on "Save".
