Connect UPayments from Integration to accept booking payments using your merchant account. Have the credentials for the correct account and environment ready.
Steps
Open Integration from the side menu.
Select UPayments.
Enter API Token and API type.
Select Non-whitelabeled for the hosted checkout, or Whitelabeled if that is the API your merchant account uses. The token must match the selected API type.
Select the appropriate mode, enable the integration and click Save.
Verify the booking payment flow before offering it to clients.
How do I check the result?
Check both the Salonist booking and the UPayments transaction status. Saving credentials alone does not confirm that a payment was collected.
If it does not work
If the payment option does not appear, check that the integration is enabled and the credentials match the selected mode. If a payment is pending or declined, check the transaction with the provider before creating another charge. Contact Salonist Support with the booking reference and error message.
