Connect Tabby from Integration to accept booking payments using your merchant account. Have the credentials for the correct account and environment ready.
Steps
Open Integration from the side menu.
Select Tabby Payment.
Enter Secret Key.
Use the merchant credentials provided for your Tabby account and selected environment. Customer approval of a payment is determined by the payment provider.
Select the appropriate mode, enable the integration and click Save.
Verify the booking payment flow before offering it to clients.
How do I check the result?
Check both the Salonist booking and the Tabby transaction status. Saving credentials alone does not confirm that a payment was collected.
If it does not work
If the payment option does not appear, check that the integration is enabled and the credentials match the selected mode. If a payment is pending or declined, check the transaction with the provider before creating another charge. Contact Salonist Support with the booking reference and error message.
