The AI Voice settings include a language, greeting and Human handover number. Configure these for the salon that will receive the calls.
Steps
Open Setup → AI Voice.
Select the available Country and Language.
Enter Human handover number for the person or team that should receive transferred calls.
Enter a Greeting, or leave it blank to use the default Saloni greeting with your salon name.
Click Save AI Voice.
Test the greeting and the supported handover behavior with an authorized test caller.
How do I check the result?
Confirm the salon name, spoken language and reachable handover number.
If it does not work
If handover fails, verify the number and ask Support to check the supported transfer conditions. Do not promise a transfer on every caller request until verified.

Enter the human handover number staff can answer.
Write the Greeting, or leave it blank to use the default shown in the field instructions.
Review the settings and click Save AI Voice. Call recording is a separate option shown above this button.
