AI Voice uses a separate prepaid minutes balance. The same settings page shows recent calls and an optional call-recording setting.

Use Add minutes to review the recharge flow and its price before purchasing.

Review Recent calls for the call you are investigating.

If you choose Record calls, review the additional usage shown beside the option before saving.

Check that a confirmed recharge appears in the minutes balance and that the relevant call appears in Recent calls.

If usage looks wrong, provide Support with the call time and recharge reference. SMS credits and digital wallet passes do not replenish AI Voice minutes.
