Go to the "Reports".
Click on the "All Reports".
Under the "Customer" Tag >> Click on the "Customer Feedback".
Here, you may check consumer feedback in the form of emojis, both positive and negative, along with the quantity of input. Additionally, you can obtain a report on a specific consumer by conducting a search for them.
