Following are the steps that can help you to manage you leads:
Go to the " Setup".
Click on "Lead Management".
3. To "Add" a Lead, Click on (+Lead).
4. Add the Lead Details and Click on SAVE, as shown below:
Click on the lead and just add notes or comments to take the next follow-up for the same.
You may easily adjust the stage for a specific lead by using the drag and drop as shown below:
If you want to "Delete" a specific lead:
Click on the "Lead".
Change the Stage by click on "Lost", you will easily make it "Delete".
You can also IMPORT the list of leads:
Click on the "Action".
Download the "Sample File".
Add the leads in same file with same format.
4. Click on the "Import Leads".
5. Choose the File and Click on SAVE.
