You must first activate that option in order to assign the commission:
Note: Other than value, you can only assign the staff a percentage commission.
Go to the "Setup".
Click on the "Other Settings".
Enable the "Staff Commission on booking form" option.
Click on the "Save".
You can now assign the staff member's commission in the quick sale, as seen below:
