In order to restrict the staff's ability to add items or make other changes:
Go to the "Manage Staff ".
Choose the "Staff" for whom you may want to update the permission.
Click on the "Permission".
Under "Add & Delete", you may modify the permission of your staff.
Click on "Save".
For eg: If you enable the "Add Product" permission for your staff, only then staff will be able to add the product in the system.
It is applicable, similar to other permissions.
