When adding a client, make sure the phone number is entered in a valid format.
Do not include spaces or special characters in the phone number field, as this may result in an “Invalid Number” error.
If the client does not have a phone number or you do not want to add one, you can still create the client profile without entering a phone number. Simply leave the phone number field blank and complete the remaining required details.
