Membership
The Membership feature allows you to create and assign memberships to clients based on their needs. Salonist offers two types of memberships:
Value-Based Membership: The membership value is added to the client’s E-Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
Percentage-Based Membership: A predefined discount percentage is automatically applied to the client’s eligible bills.
E-Wallet
The E-Wallet allows you to add funds directly to a client’s account. You can either add the amount manually or assign a Value-Based Membership, which automatically credits the membership value to the client’s E-Wallet.
Clients can use their available E-Wallet balance to pay for future purchases.
Package
A Package allows you to combine multiple services into a single package and assign it to a client. The client can redeem the services included in the package as needed, provided they are redeemed before the package expiry date.
Gift Card
A Gift Card allows you to provide a prepaid amount that can be used toward purchases at your business. You can assign a gift card directly to a client, or clients can purchase gift cards for their friends or family.
The recipient can use the available gift card balance for purchases, provided it is redeemed before the gift card expiry date.
