How do I connect Aisensy to Salonist?

Use your Aisensy connection to send WhatsApp notifications from Salonist. You need the provider account credentials and the templates required for the messages you want to send.

Steps

  1. Open Integration.

  2. Select Aisensy API Integration.

  3. Enter Aisensy API Key.

  4. Enable the integration and click Save.

  5. Use the template name and variables link in the integration, or open Setup → WhatsApp Templates, to check the mapping.

  6. Enable the relevant notifications and test one message with an authorized test recipient.

How do I check the result?

Verify the recipient, template and delivery status. A successful connection does not mean that every template or notification is ready.

If it does not work

Check the API credentials, approved template name and variable order. For Botat, also check the business number and country code. If the issue continues, provide Support with the message type and delivery error.

  2. Enter the AiSensy API Key.

  3. Open the template name and variables reference to check the mappings, then scroll down and Save.
