Use your PayPerWA connection to send WhatsApp notifications from Salonist. You need the provider account credentials and the templates required for the messages you want to send.

Use the template name and variables link in the integration, or open Setup → WhatsApp Templates, to check the mapping.

Enable the relevant notifications and test one message with an authorized test recipient.

1. Open Integration.
2. Select PayPerWA API Integration.
3. Enter PayPerWA API Key.
4. Enable the integration and click Save.
5. Use the template name and variables link in the integration, or open Setup → WhatsApp Templates, to check the mapping.
6. Enable the relevant notifications and test one message with an authorized test recipient.

Verify the recipient, template and delivery status. A successful connection does not mean that every template or notification is ready.

Check the API credentials, approved template name and variable order. For Botat, also check the business number and country code. If the issue continues, provide Support with the message type and delivery error.

Use Enable/Disable to activate or stop PayPerWA.
