Template editing depends on the active WhatsApp connection. Salonist includes a template editor, while provider/API templates must also match the approved provider template and variable mapping. Identify your connection before changing the text.
For provider/API templates, follow the provider or Meta approval workflow when required, then confirm the approved name and variable mapping in Salonist. A local edit does not itself confirm provider approval.
For the Salonist WhatsApp API, ask Support which template changes are supported for your account before editing. After permitted changes, test one authorized notification and check its delivery; enabling a template alone does not prove delivery.
