Smart Pricing adjusts selected service prices for day and time rules. Review the service scope before changing the rule schedule.
Steps
Open Sales Tools → Smart Pricing.
Select Edit setup.
Review Select services and use Edit to change the service scope.
Continue through the setup and review the day, time and percentage increase or decrease.
Check the summary before using Update setup.
Test an included and an excluded appointment time.
How do I check the result?
Confirm the intended service, time range and final booking price. For a KWD 20 base service, a 10% increase is KWD 22 before other bill adjustments.
If it does not work
If rules overlap or interact with discounts, ask Support to confirm the applicable order before relying on the result.
