How do I set up my account for the first working day?

Prepare the account in the order your team will use it: business details, services, staff, booking rules and checkout. Start with a small end-to-end test before a full rollout.

Prepare the account in the order your team will use it: business details, services, staff, booking rules and checkout. Start with a small end-to-end test before a full rollout.

Steps

  1. Open Setup → Business Details and review the business name, contact, region, time zone and hours.

  2. Add services with the correct prices and durations.

  3. Add staff, assign services, schedules and the permissions they need.

  4. Review Booking Settings and open the client booking link to test availability.

  5. Configure tax and payment methods appropriate to your business.

  6. Create a test appointment and verify checkout in Quick Sale, then review its report entries.

How do I check the result?

A team member should be able to find the service, book the right staff and complete the intended payment flow.

If it does not work

Resolve missing services, wrong slots or permission issues before importing large datasets or launching campaigns.
