Google review synchronization is managed from the Google Reviews page. When not connected, the page provides a request for the Salonist team to sync Google Maps reviews.

Check whether the page asks you to Connect Google reviews.

Use Request Google review sync if it is available.

Provide the correct business listing details through the requested support flow.

After the connection is confirmed, review the synchronized business and reviews.

Confirm the reviews belong to the intended Google business listing. An unconnected view is not evidence that the business has no reviews.

For missing or delayed reviews, contact Support with the business listing link and an example review. Avoid requesting another listing connection until the current one is checked.

Use Overview and All reviews to inspect Google review information available to the account.

Customer Feedback is a separate tab; do not treat it as the same source as Google reviews.
