Google reviews and Salonist customer feedback come from different sources. Identify the source before looking for a review or comparing counts.

Steps

  1. Open Setup → Google Reviews.

  2. Review the All Reviews and Customer Feedback views available on the page.

  3. For Google reviews, confirm the business connection first.

  4. Check the rating, date and response status for the review you need.

  5. Use the available review or reply controls only for the relevant source.

How do I check the result?

Compare reviews from the same source and period. A review on one platform does not automatically become a review on another.

If it does not work

If a reply option is unavailable or synchronization is incomplete, ask Support to check the connection and permissions.

Illustrated guide

  1. Use Overview and All reviews to inspect Google review information available to the account.

  2. Customer Feedback is a separate tab; do not treat it as the same source as Google reviews.

  3. If Request Google review sync is shown, follow the request path and coordinate with the superadmin as instructed. A displayed request button does not mean synchronization is already complete.
