Use prepaid membership credit to pay for an eligible client service. Redeeming credit is different from refunding money to the client.
Steps
Open Quick Sale.
Select the client who holds the prepaid membership.
Add the service the client is receiving.
Select the applicable Prepaid payment option for that membership.
Review the amount being used and any remaining amount due.
Generate the bill and check the client balance.
How do I check the result?
Check the bill payment allocation and the client membership balance or history.
If it does not work
If Prepaid does not appear, verify the selected client, active membership, available balance and eligible service. Ask Support before changing or clearing credit.
