With Salonist, you may distinguish between two types of customers: active and inactive:

ACTIVE CUSTOMERS: Customers who visit your salon on a regular basis, say twice a month or at least on a monthly basis are able to select an active period of 20 or 30 days.

INACTIVE CUSTOMERS: Customers that do not regularly visit your salon will automatically be moved into the inactive client category once their active period time slot has passed.

To set time period for Active/Inactive Clients:

You can set the duration under "Client Active/Inactive Time Period". It may be for 30 days, 60 days, or longer.
