To send promotional or bulk WhatsApp messages through Salonist, you need to connect your own WhatsApp Business API through a Meta partner, such as Interakt or AiSensy.

Once your WhatsApp Business API is connected:

Create and send your promotional or bulk WhatsApp campaign.

1. Go to Sales Tools.
2. Select SMS/WhatsApp Campaigns.
3. Create and send your promotional or bulk WhatsApp campaign.

After opening SMS/WhatsApp Campaigns, follow these steps:

Select the Client Filter you want to target:

- All Clients
- Inactive Clients
- Client Group

Enter the promotional offer or message you want to send.

Review the message and click Send.

2. Enter the promotional offer or message you want to send.
3. Review the message and click Send.

Note: Currently, campaigns do not support sending images, PDFs, or custom WhatsApp templates.
